General Information

Powercom Web Mail allows Powercom customers who have their email hosted by Powercom to check and send email messages using a Web browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape. You may login to Powercom Web Mail from my.powercom.net or by visiting webmail.powercom.net.

Getting Started

Checking Email - Once you login to Web Mail, all messages that are on the mail server will be downloaded. To check for new messages once you have been logged into the system, click on the Check New Mail button.

Reading Email - To read an email when you are located on the message listing page, click on the sender of the email that you would like to read.

Composing Email - To compose an email, you may click on the Compose button located in the upper left of Powercom Web Mail.

Deleting Email - To delete email when you are in your message listing, select the messages to be deleted by clicking on the checkbox for that email on the left hand side of the screen. Once you have the message(s) selected that you would like to delete, select the Delete Selected button.

Additional Help - There is additional help that is available within Powercom Web Mail for most of the specific features unique to the system in the Options. However, if there are additional questions that you have, please contact us.
